  • Prepare supporting documentation for DA submissions, including design concept diagrams, visual impact assessments, landscape–public space connectivity analysis, and access diagrams.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and logical coordination across all drawings under the guidance of the Lead Architect.

  • Collaborate with the BIM Manager and other disciplines to ensure documentation quality and project timelines are met.

  • Ability to read, understand, or quickly learn international standards; prior exposure to the NCC or AS/NZS standards is preferred.

  • Strong spatial planning skills with a clear, systematic approach to documentation.

  • English proficiency is mandatory for professional use, including reading technical standards, receiving technical instructions, and communicating with Australian architects.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong design thinking with good visual presentation skills.

  • Direct collaboration with Australian architects and exposure to international design standards.

  • Competitive salary, with performance-based review and progression.
